Maurice commenced selling real estate in 1996, and specialises exclusively in rural property sales. He has built up a large data base of clients and is experienced in all categories, including dairy, lifestyle, horticultural and coastal properties, as well as handling a wide variety of rural subdivisions in the Whakatane District.

Maurice has successfully sold many hundreds of rural properties. Having a lifelong interest in all things rural, he has had a background in rural employment, having worked as a Stock Agent and has also been a Dairy Farmer in a share milking position. Maurice is a Licenced Real Estate Agent. Together with his wife Lee-Anne he lives in the rural district of Awakeri where they run a small dry stock farm.

Maurice has an excellent understanding and knowledge of the local market and has the confidence, ability and experience to successfully promote and sell all types of property.
