Glenn came to Bayleys with a background in Dairy and Dry stock farming, he also filled various technical and management roles in the Dairy Industry prior to his career in Real Estate. Customer contact has been a major part in all of these roles with customer care and satisfaction always a priority.

 Glenn attended Massey University gaining a Diploma in Dairy Technology and later continued study at Auckland University in Management and Marketing. Glenn sees Bayleys professionalism, superior marketing, along with its robust national and international brand presence an essential ingredient to delivering above par results.
