Today, as Group Operations Manager and Branch Manager ofBayleys Queenstown, Stacy is responsible for overseeing the Queenstown SouthernFranchise region, some 160 personnel, agent recruitment, the company’soverall sales and operational direction and the transactional side of thebusiness, ensuring optimal performance. Stacy has been an instrumental leader,helping to set the platform for the largest and one of the most successful realestate companies in Queenstown. This has seen the firm win the accolade of“Fastest Growing Franchise”, the National Auction Awards at the BayleysNational Awards, along with the Small Agency of the Year in all disciplines, atthe Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Awards. Stacy has an extensive rangeof skills and substantial knowledge, which is built on experience inmanagement, auction processes, effective sales and marketing channels locally,within New Zealand and Internationally.
