I was fortunate enough to spend decades ‘holidaying’ at the beautiful Ruakaka Beach.

Spending my childhood at the busy Ruakaka camping ground, my parents eventually upgraded our accommodation to ‘bach style’ at 60 Bream Bay Drive. What a great investment and great days! It was during this time that my affection for this amazing coastal paradise grew which eventually pulled me and my family from Auckland City. Building and settling in Paradise Shores proved a good move as I embraced the Northland lifestyle-not only the daily beach walks and body boarding, but more importantly the strong and welcoming Bream Bay Community.
