If life experience was a pre-requisite to becoming aproperty sales associate, Phillip Cochrane leads by a country mile.

Born and bred in south Otago, Phillip has farmed sheep andcattle all across the South Island and first made connections in Wanaka in themid 1950s when his family built a holiday home here.

After years of farming, Phillip changed direction and builthis own insurance company in Timaru but the desire to live in Wanaka wasundeniable. He moved to Wanaka permanently in 2010, purchasing much-lovedrestaurant ‘The Landing’ and enjoyed the hospitality trade for many years.

Phillip then moved into real estate, specialising in thehigh end property market. Joining New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty,Phillip brings his local knowledge and long-standing relationships to a worldclass brand.
