Les has been working in the real estate industry for 17 years and holds the vital position of Rental Manager for Rodney Rental Management.  Les is a details person and has a constant watch on office procedures and policies to ensure that your Property investment comes first.  Les carries his position with the utmost integrity, honesty and passion.  Les has had a varied professional background of 12 years with the ANZ Bank, management of commercial property, hotel ownership, management of a 600 bed holiday resort development, along with being the Principal / Manager of a large property management company with a portfolio of over 800 residential properties.  Les now draws his wide experience together to demonstrate exemplary business acumen in establishing our new Rodney Rental Management division.  Les is committed to ensuring our team operates to “World’s Best Practice” and has instigated state-of-the-art management systems.
