Energy and enthusiasm are what drives this team member. Sam brings a strong Property Management background to the team. Working in West Auckland as a Property Manager and more recently in the greater Warkworth area and residing in Mangawhai, she knows the area and the local market well.

With excellent communication skills and a focus on details and getting things right the first time, Sam is dedicated to providing the best service to our clients. Always calm under pressure and happy to discuss any queries from owners, tenants and investors, Sam is very approachable and enjoys all aspects of the job.

With a passion for travelling and the great outdoors, on the weekends you will find Sam with her partner either at the beach or on the boat chasing their personal goal of catching that 20lb Snapper or Kingfish.
