With over 7 years in Real Estate and well over 10 Years experience in a variety of sales and management roles, Myles in his fast-moving real estate career has already amassed well over half a Billion dollars in residential sales by specialising in Auckland’s premium suburbs where he has grown up and still resides.

As the son of founding UP team member Peter Cleave with over 30 years experience selling in Auckland and Seattle, Myles upskilled quickly with daily training in the art of real estate specific marketing and negotiation whilst bringing his own expertise and youthful energy to the team and has built up a wealth of Real Estate skill and knowledge working alongside Peter who has sold well over a 1.5 billion dollars of Auckland real estate.

A graduate of AUT, with a bachelor of Business majoring in Sales and Marketing as well as managing and buying for a large Auckland retail company he has honed excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills and has a genuine understanding of how to provide unrivaled customer service while having the ability to be incredibly approachable and relate to people in many situations.
