Firmly established in the hot seat as the Boss at the managemyproperty Wellington City office, Kate has a background in building and property development. She's also got experience in property investment through her family, and she honed her people management skills through her time managing pubs in Scotland while on her OE.

Kate looks after the tenanting process for our property owners, and is particularly skilled at researching and selecting top quality tenants. She's also extremely picky with inspections and taking care of maintenance issues across all our client properties.

She includes possum trapping and pig sticking in her skill set, so we're not expecting any more trouble from rascally tenants. She's also pretty handy with a gun.
