Meeting Noel for the first time you are realise he is a person with immense integrity and knowledge. Raised in the heart of Central Otago High Country, Noel learnt that the only place success comes before work is in the dictionary!  Educated at Lincoln University Noel obtained his Wool Classing Certificate.

A new opportunity presented Noel & his wife Adele with a move south to a property in Western Southland. Shearing, agricultural contracting and farming sheep and beef led them to becoming the Central Western Southland Monitor Farmers for four years consecutively.

Noel’s  desire to help others resulted in a farm consulting position assisting and advising farming practices. The move from Southland to South Canterbury has initiated this new and exciting business opportunity as specialist Rural Consultant at Bayleys Real Estate.

Noel is highly motivated and focussed and displays a genuine passion and understanding for our land, enabling Noel to ‘walk the talk’ with absolute confidence and credibility. First and foremost though, Noel is a people person who thrives on establishing empathy, communication and understanding thus enabling him to provide credible solutions and achieving superior results.
