While I’m an experienced landlord (my partner and I own five properties in China), being a property consultant is new territory for me – and I’m loving it.
I’m a “people person” and enjoy working hard to meet people’s expectations. I’m honest, a good listener and operate well under pressure.
My most recent job was as as a fundraiser for Amnesty International in Auckland and Christchurch; In 2016 I received an award for facilitating one of the largest New Zealand donations. Prior to that, I worked as an English course consultant in China. Again, my performance saw me receive a top sales award, based on income generated.
As the only Mainland Chinese property consultant in Dunedin, I’ve already built up a positive network and reputation within many of our city’s Chinese groups.
I’m looking forward to helping people through the buying and selling of property, recognising it’s a big decision and investment.
