With over a decade of experience, Paul leads the Commercial team for Bayleys Nelson. His in-depth knowledge across all parts of Industrial, Office and Retail, combined with his strong customer focus are key in understanding local markets and building long term relationships.

Before returning to the family business in Nelson, Paul spent nearly 13 years in Queensland and Christchurch, involved in all types of commercial sales, tenanted investment properties, vacant buildings, In Christchurch, he also dealt with earthquake damaged properties including residential body corporates.

In Nelson, he has expertise in the commercial sector, matching requirements to suit tenants, occupiers and investors for local and national clients. Paul and his team work together not only regionally but with the wider Bayley’s network to share resources, combine knowledge and provide straight forward, independent advice for their clients.
