Rick has spent the majority of his adult life involved in the housing market, both as the owner of a small building company, and as the owner of a number of interesting investment properties over many years.

He has had an unwavering passion for architecture, both old and new, with a keen interest in the development of our own Kiwi language of building, including the provision of the indoor outdoor flow in our housing.
