Ash Jogia is a fresh new face on the Real Estate scene, but not someone to be overlooked or taken lightly!

He brings with him 10 years of sales and relationship management experience in the Finance industry. Ash has spent time working in Australia and England within the Property and Finance sector. He has joined the Bayleys Manukau office and is part of a dynamic commercial sales team specialising in Commercial, Industrial and Retail sales and leasing. Ash works alongside Tony Chaudhary (consistently ranked in the Top 5% of Bayleys Salesperson nationwide), Amy Weng and Janak Darji. The team has been ranked 3rd across Commercial, Retail and Industrial in the Country 2016/2017.

Ash brings to the team strong customer relationship and negotiation skills. His previous role as a Mortgage broker, has taken him to all parts of Auckland. His extensive knowledge of Auckland, great interpersonal skills and drive, leave a notable impression with all he encounters.

Ash is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.
