Fresh to the industry, Neil has a long history with Whangarei which started when his family moved here over thirty years ago. He spent his high school years at Whangarei Boys High School and has been back and forth to see the city grow in size and population over the following years.

Neil has bought, sold, leased and renovated property of his own and has seen all sides of the property world.

Prior to Bayleys, Neil worked for New Zealand's largest retailer in Customer Insights - a research role that has helped him to better understand people and the decision-making process. He also brings with him a keen eye for detail as well as an ability to see "The Big Picture".
