Living locally in the Hinuera Valley on their family dairy farm Glenda and her husband Mark have loved the locality and raising their children within the area. Glenda has been selling lifestyle and residential properties for a few years and enjoys being of service to her community in her role at Bayleys Matamata. Glenda was born and raised in South Africa and moved to Matamata in 1997. Glenda’s working life has been varied, starting as a legal secretary doing conveyancing work, then acting as a registrar within the Labour court system in South Africa. She then took up a position in an optometry firm, qualifying as a contact lens technician and subsequently as a dispensing optician. Glenda worked in the optical field for 20 years. Deciding on a change of career in 2006, qualifying as a real estate sales agent, and after a break away to raise her family she re-licensed in real estate and joined the Bayleys brand. Having the opportunity of living in both an urban and subsequently a rural environment, her experience and knowledge in both areas is a great advantage to her clients. Giving exceptional service and finding the right buyer for each property is of high priority to Glenda, whilst delivering this service with professionalism and thoroughness. Working beside the broader Bayleys team in the Waikato with the support of a knowledgeable management team and a strong focus on continued education, enabling Glenda to bring highly successful results for her clients.
