Colin is a commercial sales and leasing specialist based in Christchurch.Having joined JLL in 2017, Colin brings to his role a proactive and enthusiastic approach. With experience in customer facing roles in the UK, and with his sales background, Colin makes it his business to understand client requirements.A former Director of a commercial interiors and fitout company in London, Colin developed key relationships with end user clients, architects and manufacturers, which helped the business build long term relationships with its core customer base.Colin’s strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills along with his ability to find creative solutions for clients, puts him in good stead for his role in commercial property and he looks forward to helping his clients achieve their property ambitions at JLL.
