As company director and founder of KEY2 Russell works closely with the team to identify new development and land opportunities as well as maintaining and seeking out new strategic partnerships that will continue to deliver more value to KEY2 clients.

Russell has an extensive 23 year background in property. From regular real estate sales on the North Shore, managing a chain of Real Estate offices to working for a large developer of apartment complexes. Russell is pretty much 'a property guy' who has a genuine passion for property. He truly understands not only today’s property market but also draws on his extensive experience and the expertise of his team to make the best of the market – whatever the political or economic climate. “Property is ultimately about providing homes for families. We operate exclusively in the new property market because we believe this is the best solution for most New Zealand families. I stand behind all the homes we help build and only work with industry professionals who are prepared to do the same”.

Outside of KEY2 Russell divides his time between his 3 girls and his love of boys toys.
