My background has always been in customer service areas. I have worked in the Real Estate industry in South Taranaki covering a wide area for nearly four years, starting off as a receptionist doing the office administration whilst studying for my certificate to be a Licensed Salesperson.I am privileged to have a job which gets me excited to go to work each day. I would describe myself as a bubbly, down to earth person that is very customer focused. I believe you should always give 110%, have an active ear, motivation and drive combined with strong communication skills as these are the key ingredients to providing outstanding service that builds strong relationships with clients.My other interest is our Tamariki and their learning, ensuring they have the facilities and right tools to succeed. For six years I volunteered as a Governing board member for Kindergarten Taranaki. My role being the lead Board Member of the Chief Executive portfolio. This was a huge responsibility, which included developing and conducting her annual appraisals, overseeing her professional development and goals to ensure the vision and strategic plan were being followed and the annual plan was being achieved. I was also a part of conversations/meetings for other portfolios on the Board to ensure all 24 Kindergartens kept their doors open and kids were given the opportunity to attend their local centres. I learnt a lot in this time and I had the privilege of up skilling in my own professional development by attending courses and networks that NZK covered and other sectors from other providers had to offer.I look forward to meeting and talking with you.
