Blair was born in Whanganui, raised in Taupo and has since lived in number of locations around New Zealand. It’s a history that’s given him a deep appreciation for, and wealth of life experience in, this amazing country. It’s a history that’s also inspired his passion for New Zealand’s great outdoors, and when not spending time with his wife and three young children, Blair can most often be found pursuing his love of hunting and fishing.

Commitment and teamwork are disciplines that were embedded early in Blair’s life through his involvement in competitive rowing. Blair participated at the national level in the sport and believes those attributes instilled in his youth have stood him in good stead in all aspects of life right through to today.

Blair’s dedication to world class customer service has been honed over more than two decades’ experience in the banking industry, where he has worked across multiple frontline sales divisions. This is where Blair gained a true understanding of the value of trust in building and achieving successful client relationships. And today, providing an outstanding customer experience is Blair’s primary focus in all client interactions.
