About Fee
Fiona EnsorFiona is passionate about people and place. She joined Bayleys to bring together her knowledge of the land and commitment to the community. Fiona derives satisfaction at both ends of the real estate journey: from working with vendors to learn what their desired outcome is, to meeting prospective buyers to understand what they’re looking for in a future property, and then achieving optimal results for both. “It’s about great communication,” says Fee, “listening, understanding and negotiating, so that both buyers and sellers get the result they need. Our homes and properties are usually the biggest financial investments we make in life. So whether buying or selling, it can seem overwhelming and even a little stressful. I aim to take the stress out of it, and to do the leg work, so that my clients don’t have to.” And certainly Fiona is no stranger to hard work. She and her husband Duncan and their three children run a High Country Sheep and Beef Station in the spectacular Rakaia Gorge. Plus, she has over 15 years’ service on a variety of fundraising committees, St John Ambulance, and the local Fire Brigade.Fiona is part of Bayleys’ Rural, Residential, and Lifestyle team, serving Methven, the Canterbury Foot Hills area and beyond. She has invaluable local knowledge and enthusiasm, and clients really respond to her integrity and friendly yet professional approach. Contact Fiona for all your real estate requirements and an up-to-date market overview.
