Mohit is a person exuberating with a can-do positive attitude, knowledgeable, dynamic, and results-oriented business professional having achieved many milestones in my 25 years of professional experience. He completed his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and education in management from Australia, and since has been privileged to work with some notable multinational corporations in India, Singapore, Australia, and NZ, along customer facing roles involving business development, insurance investigation, finance, sales, and information technology.

Here in NZ, he enjoys a great family & friends support. Since 2002, Mohit continues to set an example of a great success stories and a role model for all first-generation migrants, fathers, business, and property owners as he has climbed on the ladder of success with his hard work, passion, and commitment. He displays a prodigious balance between his professional and domestic commitments towards his two daughters, wife, and his extended family here in Auckland.

Mohit along with his wife owns several properties and successful business. He has lived in his own house in Flatbush since 2014 and seen the area flourish from ground up. He is actively involved in property development and always looking for opportunities for clients. He has a passion for real estate and loves brokering and making the deals happen. He firmly believes that buying or selling any property or business should be as straight forward as possible. He is your go to person if you like to simplify the process.

He derives utmost pleasure in helping people fulfil their financial goals, as he has helped several first-time buyers get on the property ladder. He like to create meaningful lifelong relationship and looks forward to working for you.
