Sue and Gemma have been working as a mother and daughter team since 2007. In this time, they have always featured in the Harcourts Top 20 sales consultants in Canterbury, both in residential and lifestyle awards, along with Top 100 consultants New Zealand and awarded number 2 International Consultants in 2011/2012. Sue started real estate in the very later 90’s and Gemma in 2007. Both are passionate about real estate and achieving the very best results for their clients. They have developed a confident and secure resource system, striving to ensure both buyers and sellers receive the best and most hassle-free results possible. Sue has been living on a lifestyle block in North Canterbury for the past 20 plus years, with her husband Greg, who also plays a big part in both Sue and Gemma’s real estate careers being the Manager of the Belfast office and General Manager of the Four Seasons Group.
