Karl joined NAI Harcourts as director of Industrial Sales and Leasing.Having operated a highly successful business in Hamilton for 25 years prior to first joining Bayleys then as a director of C.B.R.E, Karl has spent the last 11 years as a Commercial and Industrial agent and has collected a number of awards for his performance during his real estate career to date.Karl has also been involved in a large number of proportionate ownership projects such as; Merc Sharp and Dohme, Lincoln Road, Meridian 1 and 2, Infinity House, James Smith Car Park, 246 Queen St, Caltex House and Eagle Tech to name but a few. He has a strong interest and appreciation for this form of property investment and is always keen to share this with his clients and interested parties.Karl apportions a large part of his success to the unique team culture that exists with his colleagues and fellow directors.
