After many years working as a teacher in NZ and abroad, Natasha soon realised her calling to Commercial Agency having had a chance to experience this in the UK.

Having grown up in Christchurch, Natasha has established many strong connections and networks over the years. 

Natasha works with landlords to identify opportunities to place high-quality tenants in their properties. With a focus on all aspects of leasing strategy and landlord-tenant negotiations, she draws on the team’s deep knowledge of the local and national network to facilitate optimal solutions for clients. 

Natasha believes client relationships based on honesty and integrity are at the forefront of agency success. Natasha places strong importance on professional development and maintaining current knowledge to provide an added-value service to clients; including keeping up to date with the latest trends in office and retail environments within New Zealand and overseas.

Natasha and her husband Cam have three children. In her spare time Natasha enjoys adventure racing, being near or on the water and enjoying the new and ever changing offerings the Garden City now has available.
