Pat has been a rural realtor for over 13 years. He has lived and worked in the Rangitikei and Manawatu districts all his life and as a result has a wide network among the business and farming communities.

Pat lives on and farms a small holding at Kairanga where he finishes bulls and steers, having just sold the last of his velveting stags.
