He holds a passion for working with people and strives to understand his client’s individual needs in order to provide exceptional service and to exceed expectations.He spent the last 2 years working as a Property Manager and has managed large portfolios ranging from apartments, standalone properties and new builds. His strong work-ethic and dedication quickly catapulted him to a senior property manager role. He has a great knowledge of residential property management, maintenance, legislation and compliance. He enjoys everything property-related and puts a great deal of focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with his existing and new clients and tenants. For Nik, effective communication and integrity are the golden standards in business.Nik’s interests don’t end there – he is very passionate about nature and history, as well as coffee.
