David joined Savills Auckland in December 2019 as Associate Director of Office Leasing.David is a key member of Savills Office Leasing team, working across the Auckland CBD and metropolitan areas. He brings a successful track record of leasing CBD office buildings in Auckland and overseas, and has strong relationships across the Auckland market with key landlords and tenants. David has worked in Auckland office leasing since 2014 and has successfully completed many lease negotiations on behalf of some of New Zealand’s largest commercial landlords over that time. He started his career in Seoul, South Korea, where he was involved in a range of projects from office buildings to project leasing of new commercial developments.
