Julie is a third-generation Warkworth local and is highly regarded for her warm personality, empathy and ‘get it done’ attitude. She has owned several local businesses in the Rodney District and as such has built a diverse network and loyal client base.

Since entering the property management industry back in 2003, Julie has won many awards including a nationwide Property Manager of the Year award and has been a consistent Top 10 achiever for two former agencies.

However, Julie is not one to look back. Ready for a new challenge, Julie has built on her rental skills and entered the “Sales” arena. With outstanding local knowledge, the added bonus of expertise in rental management practice, her drive and passion to help people achieve their goals, you would be hard pressed to find a more well-rounded & trusted property advisor.

When it’s tools down, you can find Julie swinging a squash racket or fusing glass in her “Girl Cave”– while little in stature, but she’s certainly supersized when it comes to a gutsy attitude, business and leisure!
