Michael began his career in the industry when things were tough and mortgage rates got to 27%. During this start-up period Michael was provided the opportunity to manage the sale of a new subdivision called ‘The Ridgeways’ in addition to selling residential homes.In 2007 Michael moved to Australia and in 2010 he transferred his License and continued his real estate career there. Michael won awards for being in the ‘Top 5 Real Estate Sales Agents’ in both South Australia working for Remax Living and then again in Victoria working for Northeast Stockdale Leggo where he received additional awards for ‘Top 3 Sales Agents’. Michael then opened his own Franchise in Warrnambool Victoria Called Atrealty and operated successfully for two years prior to returning to New Zealand in 2020 just before Covid lockdown.Michael commenced his career back in his hometown of Timaru with Reid & Wilson Timaru until PGG Wrightson Real Estate acquired their business.
