With a background in banking and finance, Ken Watson has more than 25 years' experience of the local property market. Ken represents a combination of old fashioned business ethics and a thoroughly modern understanding of the regional property market. He is passionate about Palmerston North, and combines this passion with a genuine belief that you are the most important part of any business deal. Ken has a particularly strong interest in the local and national soccer community with the firm being involved in sponsorship for a number of years. At present they support Shane Rufer's Football Academy with children from ages 5 to 14 involved. "The future of soccer in New Zealand is with our kids" Ken says. He has a passion for all family matters with his wife Tanya, sons Marcus and Greg, Daughter-In-laws Rachel and Sandy together with Four Grandchildren.
