Min Sarginson has been active in real estate in Lyttelton harbour since 1984.   She began her own business in 1998 in Church Bay and opened her Lyttelton office in the main street in 2001. She is very active in supporting local events, organisations, schools and sports people.  Min Sarginson Real Estate is the major sponsor of the Lyttelton Festival of Walking, a very successful event which had its inaugural festival at Easter 2009 and a second in October.
