Julia started her sales career after working for a local high-end residential building company.  She has always had a keen interest in properties and a desire to helping people.  With nearly 30 years’ experience of working in the legal/finance/management areas, she has excellent organisational, management, systems and listening skills.  She is a problem solver and always tries to think outside the box.  Her history of working in professional businesses has ensured she can relate to all people and certainly shows a keen interest in listening to people’s life stories.  After being born and raised in the UK Julia decided to venture to the other side of the world.  Some 30+ years later she is still in New Zealand and considers Northland to be her home.Julia knows that buying, selling and moving can be stressful, but it can also be an incredibly exciting time!  With Julia’s calm, empathetic and understanding personality and her willingness to always perform at a high level, she will ensure her clients have a great experience throughout the buying and selling process and, will always have her clients’ best interests and goals at heart.
