Later that year he was appointed Group Sales Manager responsible for 12 offices and some 150 salespeople. Within 5 years of entering the industry he jointly owned a luxury real estate company based in Auckland, personally dealing with and selling to off shore buyers from Asia and Europe.Over this same period Wayne has completed three university diplomas and is currently finishing his MBA. He was recognised by the Sales & Marketing Institute of New Zealand as ‘sales manager of the year’ 2007.
