James moved to New Zealand from the UK over 20 years ago and brings a lifetime of customer service to his real estate role after spending two decades working in the travel industry. His background has involved a lot of problem solving and unearthing solutions to meet client requirements.
James thrives on meeting a wide variety of people from different walks of life and loves the fact that everyone's real estate needs and journeys are different. He focuses on building great relationships and knows how to listen, pinpoint his clients’ dreams and goals and then deliver. He offers high-level people skills, which removes the stress from real estate transactions, making the process seamless and easy.
James has a constant desire to learn and improve, which sees him keeping up to date with market trends and undertaking on-going training and development. This means his clients always enjoy a truly professional experience and, being fully informed, are in a great place to make the best decisions.
Outside of work James enjoys the outdoors and can often be found mountain biking, camping and tramping. He also spends a lot of time walking with his dog Star and is an avid follower of English football.
James has lived in the Warkworth and Snells Beach area for 20 years and has three daughters that still live locally. He brings grassroots knowledge of the real estate market that only locals can bring. He enjoya giving back to the local community and is a keen supporters of Homebuilders Family Support Services, an independent community organisation offering a range of services, which support local families living in the North Rodney area. They also support Springboard, Mahurangi East Tennis Club and Country Retreat Animal Sanctuary.
