Andrew also has valuable experience in salesand marketing through promoting his schools in New Zealand and around the world and has provenhimself an able negotiator, proud of the positive outcomes he was able to achieve whennegotiating with suppliers and others to get the best deals for his schools.

His natural ability to quickly buildrapport, combined with his determination, analytical ability and negotiation skills are strong positiveattributes Andrew brings to his current role in real estate. He understands that the process of buying andselling property can be challenging, and sometimes stressful, for all parties. Andrew knows howimportant it is to be a great listener and a calm source of knowledge and support for the people heis representing.

He is also able to call on the knowledge andprofessional experience of his wife, Eva, who is a qualified landscape architect and urbanplanner and practising urban designer.
