I started my career as a business consultant for Tauranga Chamber of Commerce, Auckland Chamber of Commerce and Business Development Boards for Paeroa, Hamilton and Auckland, working in the area of business improvement marketing and projects.

In 2003 I decided to use my previous business skills with a move into the real estate sector, with a focus on Commercial real estate – leasing, commercial sales, and business sales. I worked in commercial real estate in Tauranga for 4 years, and then spent 14 years in Auckland’s very competitive commercial real estate market. I have now returned back to Tauranga bringing a wealth of experience with me. I have worked with many large corporates over the years, within large property portfolios, some owning 40 to 50 premises including retail, industrial, office, and restaurant premises.

My experience provides me with extensive knowledge of commercial real estate so whether it is a ground floor shop, a high rise office, a small workshop or a 30,000 sqm warehouse, I can work with you to buy or lease your perfect commercial space, or find your next business opportunity.

My wife and I have just built a new house in Omokoroa, and are enjoying being back in the Bay of Plenty.
