Praneet Raju originates from the Fiji Islands where he has also worked for Harcourts – Although, at a slightly different pace to the NZ real estate market! After the 2000 military coup Raju was fortunate to move to New Zealand and now feels lucky to call Wellington home. Having built and designed their family home in Churton Park, Raju and has watched this suburb grow and continue to develop over the years and has a wealth of knowledge for the Northern suburbs.Over the years Raju has obtained a Bachelor of Arts, a Diploma in IT from Sydney, and a Certificate in Graphic Design which gives him a range of artillery to promote and market any house.
