Lucy has been a Bay of Islands resident for many years and has worked locally in tourism management and front and centre in her own hospitality business. With a degree in foreign language and politics, a postgraduate degree in journalism and a diploma in business management, Lucy has a proven strong work ethic and dedication to anything she puts her mind to.Following a stint overseas to teach English and explore another culture and language, Lucy returned to the Bay of Islands in 2018 and worked in operations management and administration. With a talent for photography, marketing and planning, and a genuine empathy for people from all walks of life, the real estate industry was an obvious next move.Lucy has teamed up with colleague Nicki Kempthorne.
