As the newest member of our team, Sheryl is embracing the fast paced business of property management with enthusiasm, energy and excitement. Through her customer service experience Sheryl has learnt valuable communication skills which is a key principle in Property Management. She believes building relationships with owners, tenants and trades people is key to successful management, and that every interaction is just another chance to keep building on those relationships. Sheryl is a people person, and easy to get along with, which makers her great at dealing with both owners and tenants.Joining the Dunedin Harcourts Property team in 2021, Sheryl brings with her a positive attitude and a drive to be the best she can be. Sheryl is an approachable and relatable Property Manager who values hard work mixed with a fun “can do” attitude. Outside of work Sheryl enjoys spending time with her family & friends and enjoying all the wonderful restaurants, shopping & places her city of Dunedin has on offer.
