Starting his career as a Valuation Cadet in Takapuna, Brett then moved to real estate brokerage where he sold and leased a wide variety of properties including development sites, commercial, industrial and retail properties plus residential off-plan projects. Brett is passionate about unlocking the value of development opportunities for his clients and can assist from selling the land through to the “off-plan” project sales. Having worked across the range of valuation, brokerage and advisory, he is focused on ensuring his clients have a professional and seamless experience on their property journey.
