Charlie Prince joins the Colliers Commercial team in Taupo from a long, successful career in the energy industry in Texas, where he worked as a lease and contract analyst. Charlie has an inherent understanding of successful property management, the oversight of leases and contracts and the analysis of market data. An avid golfer since his youth, Charlie earned a golf scholarship to the University of Texas at El Paso where he gained his Bachelors' of Business Administration. He spent a decade as a golf professional, honing strong merchandise sales and customer relationship skills. Charlie remains a passionate golfer and is heavily involved in the Taupo Golf Club’s Championship Pennants Team, also playing weekly in the Cavalier Men’s Group. A skilled manager, Charlie brings a business-minded, analytical approach to his role as a Commercial Broker at Colliers. Attention to detail and achieving successful results for customers are his top priorities. Charlie resettled in Taupo in 2020 with locally raised wife and their three young boys. The family are enjoying the lifestyle, lake and mountain views – and access to world-class golfing facilities.
