Alana Coleman has been a real estate agent for about 10 years – but you’d be forgiven for not knowing that.Cutting her teeth in the industry in Melbourne during her late 20s and early 30s (after growing up in NZ), Alana built up a real estate career within a boutique inner city agency. Working at a pace consistent with having no kids or commitments she built up her own team and took on a sales agent and administrative support to create an effective business unit.Ironically, having successfully moved overseas, Alana met a guy from Dunedin and chose to give her kids a kiwi childhood too. Alana has balanced a young family with a behind the scenes role at BayleysMetro for the past 3+ years. Now, with a solid understanding of the local market and having navigated through the buying process here and its challenges (especially with kids in tow), Alana is focused on helping other busy families through the buying and selling process.
