Coming to New Zealand in 2003, Yuting enjoyed her first 4 years in Auckland, obtaining her bachelor’s degree of Property from the University of Auckland before moving down to Christchurch. She worked for the Ashburton District Council between 2007 and 2013 in the property area. This enhanced her knowledge in dealing with different types of property, as well as equipped her with a strong communication skill to identify perspective needs. Being partially involved in her family motel business, Yuting loves talking with people and enjoys helping them to find good places to see / things to do and sorting out unexpected problems. Her easy-going personality and can-do attitude bring huge benefits for her clients. Her patience and eyes-for-detail allows for maximum presentation which allows her clients to achieve the best result possible.This mother of three loves reading books and doing a little bit of gardening.
