John Pearce has enjoyed a long and successful career working across the rural sector, so you can feel confident when placing your valuable rural assets in his capable hands.John worked for 38-years in Rural Finance and alongside Bayleys for many years before deciding to add his vast experience and undiminished enthusiasm to its successful sales team.  He has a wide level of experience in all types of farming and brings an extensive network to the role with which to meet and achieve listings and sales.John has a Bachelor of Agriculture (Rural Valuation and Farm Management) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking.  Sales and client relationship management are his strengths.  John’s passion for his work sees him keep abreast of the market and developments both technologically and practically, so that he is well-equipped to assist you in your decision-making process.  John understands the value that patience and trust bring to this important role.  No two properties are the same – they all have their unique features – and he is excited to help both vendors sell, and buyers to commence their farming careers or grow existing operations.  Walking the talk, John lives on his own lifestyle block.  As former director of the Horse of the Year Show in Hastings and former chairman of Hawkes Bay Show Jumping, he proudly supports his wife’s equestrian pursuits.  He has also won his own national titles in eventing and represented New Zealand on the international stage at Pony Club level and in Amateur Show Jumping.
