As a rural specialist, Jamie Proude is the complete package.  Not only does Jamie excel in the field of real estate, he has an in-depth understanding of farming and rural issues, with over twenty years experience in the livestock industry and a Diploma of Horticulture. 

Jamie joined the Rural Real Estate sector in 2005.  During this period he has sold in excess of $200 million worth of real estate. Jamie has received many accolades within the real estate industry including Top 20 Salesperson in the Country each year with a former employee, and in 2013/14 was 2nd highest earning sales person for Property Brokers.

Jamie prides himself on his ability to offer sound, unbiased professional advice.  Additionally Jamie’s client relationships are built on a foundation of reliability, professionalism, trust and honesty. Therefore, enabling positive client relationships whilst managing and marketing properties in a professional manner.

Jamie operates within an extensive area, covering the Wanganui, Taihape, Ruapehu and Southern King Country regions.  This is a diverse part of the country, encompassing a wide range of farming properties including sheep and beef, dairying, horticulture, forestry and recreational hunting.
