Being a fourth-generation realtor, Paul senses his family name has proven performance and longevity in the real estate profession.
His great great grandfather Frank and son Bert Tozer commenced their careers in 1916 in Auckland. In 1984 his father Ray Tozer, Bert’s son, opened his practice in Cherrywood, Tauranga where he spent 30 years specialising in the Otumoetai and Matua areas.
A lot has changed in real estate over the past 100 years but Paul is sure his descendants would say that the giving of advice has not. Advice comes with knowledge and experience and respect which one gains over the years he has spent in the real estate industry.
Paul has lived in Tauranga most of his life having attended Otumoetai College, later securing a building apprenticeship then ten years in the roofing industry prior to joining his father in Real Estate.
Diane and Paul have three children, two of which live here, and four grandchildren and feels very blessed to have them living in Tauranga.
