With over 30 years experience in the Real Estate industry, I have spent most of that time involved in Residential Property Management.In 1996 I completed a Diploma in Business Studies, endorsed in Real Estate, through Massey University and am an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.A Property Manager’s ultimate responsibility is to achieve the maximum rental return for the investor owner.
