I have lived in Northland for most of my life and in Whangarei since November 2007. The reason I remember this date is that it coincides with the arrival of my grandson who was born in Whangarei and my husband and I wanted to be hands-on grandparents and actively involved with the new addition to our family.  

When not working you will find me walking many of the walkways that we are blessed with in Whangarei.  I also enjoy popping across to Australia, generally to the Sunshine Coast for some R&R during the winter months.
