Dane started in the property market before he entered real estate, buying his first home at a young age then building a property investment portfolio that he is still actively growing. Before arriving at Bayleys Dane successfully sold off the plan new build townhouses for a local development company. This saw him working with everyone from first homebuyers to well-established investors, helping them find the right property for their requirements. 

Dane understands well the intricacies of the post-earthquake property market. He fully renovated a 120-year-old villa in St Albans that was earthquake damaged, and it took a full year and a half battle with EQC to complete the project. Now he likes to share his knowledge of post-earthquake property to assist his clients when possible.
